Met with Zach Holt to discuss different options for buying a furnace. He was great: very knowledgeable, friendly, personable, and honest. I would have been very comfortable entrusting this job to Advantage. We ended up going with a different company due to lower prices, but I really appreciated how Zach was totally transparent about Advantage’s prices and how Advantage prioritizes its relationship with customers and their own staff. Seems like a place where people are happy to work and happy to meet people’s needs.

I’ve used Advantage Heating & Air Conditioning, LLC for my system maintenance for a couple of years now so it was automatic to go to them for a quote on a new system. They helped me “limp” my old system along until I was ready to go for a new installation. Zach was prompt, professional, and friendly when he came with the quotes and did not pressure at all. Tim and Jacob arrived on time less than a week after signing the contract and did a very professional and thorough tear-out and installation. I would recommend Advantage to anyone looking for a maintenance company or new installation.

So happy with Advantage Heating & Air Conditioning, LLC. When we first got the quote for the work we were a little nervous about the cost. I did a fair amount of research and they seemed like the most qualified to install ductless mini splits in our home. Only a few days later they were in our house getting them installed. They were fast and professional and installed them so that the two units can heat and cool the entire house. The units work amazingly I would highly recommend Advantage!

Had a small hiccup with getting the right parts from Lennox, but Angel and Craig did a great job resolving it and expediting what was needed. The whole team proved they really care about the customer and making things happen properly. Good job!
